Feta, fattier and saltier

But be careful, it is better not to abuse it. As it is fresh and tasty, we sometimes tend to consume more than reason, and the caloric bill can quickly increase, especially if we sprinkle it with olive oil!
There is no question of doing without it, nor of giving up feta and burrata. You can safely continue to enjoy it. It’s all about measurement !
