Cometin: That’s how you get by
Whether shaking it or app-locker: Cometin combines numerous modules in one, each with a function. This has the advantage that you can set up the app to suit your taste. To install a module, navigate to the “Browse” tab and search for the desired function. If modules are installed, you can activate or deactivate them under “Modules” and make settings on the module. The startup manager shows which modules are to be activated when the smartphone is started.
The Android app currently houses 13 modules. These include small tweaks such as “Flip to shhh”, which automatically switches on do not disturb mode as soon as you put the smartphone down with the screen facing down. But major changes can also be made, for example, “Parallel” brings a complete work profile to the device.
For many of these tweaks you need root access to the smartphone with other apps, but Cometin can be used completely without root. You can also uninstall the app again or deactivate modules without leaving any traces.
