Who dies at the end of “Fiasco”?
Pierre Niney plays the main role of this comic fiction. The one who revealed that he had altered his physical appearance for the role plays the apprentice filmmaker Raphaël alongside Géraldine Nakache (who had to pass a casting like everyone else!), Pascal Demolon, Leslie Medina, Louise Coldefy, François Civil and Igor Gotesman.
The latter is also responsible for the production. He and Pierre Niney also participated in writing the screenplay, with Nicolas Slomka and Tania Gotesman.
In episode 7 of Fiasco, a totally unexpected tragedy occurs… Indeed, one of the protagonists dies suddenly! But does this protagonist really lose his life? Be careful, the following lines reveal how the series ends… If you don’t want to know what’s going to happen, stop reading now.

So, a year after the end of Raphaël’s troubles, the apprentice director finally understands that the mysterious individual who put him through hell is none other than… Slice, the discreet character who was preparing a documentary on the filming!
After a chase and a big settling of scores, Raphaël decides to declare his love for Ingrid, a moment that Slice tries to film with his camera… Alas, posted on the edge of a rooftop to capture the images of their kiss, he slips and takes a huge fall! Will he survive?
Interviewed by Tele-Leisure on this subject during the CANNESERIES 2024 Festival, Igor Gotesman (who lends his features to Slice, who directed and wrote Fiasco) revealed: “I designed the product [Fiasco, ndlr] like a mini-series. Theoretically, that’s the end of the story..” A truly disastrous end, then.
