Before long, FIFA players on all platforms should be able to play together.

On March 23, a report by the famous FIFA dataminer, FUT Sheriffsuggested that crossplay will be tested in the current game first, to prepare for its arrival for FIFA 23.

Sheriff said: “Crossplay will be tested in FIFA 22. It probably won’t appear in Ultimate Team, but it will be in FIFA 23!

DonkTrading, another very prominent member of the FIFA 22 community, also posted about this development.

Over the past few years, EA has often added content in the middle of a game’s lifecycle, whether it’s CONMEBOL Libertadores content in FIFA 20 or a new icon David Beckham in FIFA 21. .

Therefore, if this leak turns out to be accurate, then it should coincide with the game’s mid-lifecycle content.

As of this writing, Electronic Arts has yet to comment on the leak.

However, as FIFA 23 is expected in October 2022 and the next few months will be devoted in particular to promoting its launch, it is likely that the first official information will arrive shortly.

A number of other FIFA 23 details have already leaked, however, including content plans for the World Cup. For more information on this subject, head to our dedicated article on this subject.
