How OTW Cards work in FIFA 22 ?
Ones to Watch Cards are special Dynamic Objects in Ultimate Team mode just like Headliners where the RTTF.
Unlike standard Gold, Silver, and Bronze cards, OTW cards see their stats increase throughout the season based on how players actually perform at their new clubs.
If a player is part of team of the week (TOTW), his OTW card will get an upgrade!

As you can see on the #4, Memphis Depay is among the boost players. His OTW card was also up to 86. Ones to Watch can reach a maximum score of 99.
Additionally, if an OTW player has a MOTM card (Man of the Match), the Ones to Watch rating will also change.

Finally, for the first time in FUT, OTW players will also get a unique in-form boost worth +1 if their team wins five league games out of a series of ten from October 1, 2021.
So consider these cards as actions. As their stats increase, their price also increases. The TOTW is revealed by EA Sports every Wednesday around 7 p.m. We will update the table as soon as official information is released.
