2nd update 3:36 p.m.: EA reports again
EA has come out again with a statement and reports that the online services are still causing problems. Most users are still unable to log into their account, connect to the online service, or purchase games without any difficulties. As soon as there is news, you will receive further information here.
Update 2:17 p.m.: EA comments
EA has now commented on the disruption and announced that the connection problems should now be resolved. For some users, however, the problem with the login and the online mode still seems to exist. So it may be a while before things run smoothly again.
The EA server is currently experiencing a problem. In our FIFA 23 Troubleshooter, we received reports from numerous users that they are having problems playing the game. Above all, players on the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, as well as on the PC are affected by the disruption.
In addition, there are probably some problems with the login to the video game and the Ultimate Team mode. According to our malfunction reporter, there are also problems in connection with FIFA 23 in the EA app.
According to the disruption map, the areas around Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt am Main seem to be particularly affected. So far there are no exact reasons for the disruption at EA.
