FIFA 23 is already gearing up to be the biggest year for EA’s franchise with even more official licenses than usual. In this article, discover the new leagues, new teams and new stadiums that we already know.

We now know that the partnership between Electronic Arts and FIFA will end after FIFA 23, so it will be the last before the name EA SPORTS FIFA makes its appearance. But before starting a new era, FIFA 23 should have everything to surprise us.

The new championships on FIFA 23

There will be plenty of new championships to discover on FIFA 23, most of them related to women’s football which is taking up more and more space on the virtual football game. The list is not final but here are the new championships added to FIFA 23:

  • Frauen Bundesliga (Germany)
  • Women’s Division 1 (France)

Even if we have new championships, it should also be noted the withdrawal of two championships: J-League (Japan) and Liga BBVA MX (Mexico).
