The consolidated financial statements of the FIGEAC AÉRO Group were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on July 27, 2023.

The annual report notably includes the following information:

• the Board’s report on corporate governance;

• the non-financial performance statement;

• the various reports of the Statutory Auditors;

• information relating to the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors.
