Fiji Islands block a Russian mega yacht lying in its waters

Fijian authorities asked on Tuesday to prevent a superyacht, believed to be owned by a Russian oligarch, from leaving their waters at the request of the United States, as part of sanctions against Russia following the invasion of the ‘Ukraine. Several yacht tracking sites list Suleiman Kerimov as the owner of the Amadea, but this information could not be independently confirmed.
