Filing of the Universal Registration Document 2021containing the Annual Financial Report, and the “ form 20-F” American
Paris the 23 February 2022. Sanofi announces that it has filed its 2021 Universal Registration Document containing the Annual Financial Report with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France and its “Form 20-F” with the “Securities and Exchange Commission” (SEC) in United States.
The report of the Board of Directors on corporate governance as well as the report of the statutory auditors relating thereto; information relating to the fees paid to the statutory auditors; the information required under the description of the share buyback program; and information relating to social, environmental and societal responsibility (including the declaration of extra-financial performance and vigilance plan) also appears in the Universal Registration Document.
