Filter fail: 20-year-old influencer is actually more than twice her age
Thanks to modern software, the woman was able to keep her real age secret for a long time.
A popular Chinese influencer loses the filter on her face in the middle of the stream – and is exposed as a much older woman.
We all know that appearances on Instagram are not always true. However, this case is still extreme: the Chinese influencer, who was revered as the “cute goddess”, was not the young woman she appeared to her fans as, but in fact around 50 years old. The dizziness blew up in 2019 when, in the middle of the stream, the live filter, with which she had changed her facial features, suddenly failed and her fans suddenly had their true appearance on their screens. Many of her followers turned away angrily – but the streamer still benefits from the accident: It made her so famous that she has now accumulated hundreds of thousands of new fans.
