Gameplay like FF7 Remake?
Leaker Im A Hero Too, who is making a name for himself on the Resetera forums, claims that PlayStation has again signed a strategic contract with Square Enix for the game. “Sony’s name is written all over the place” he had then claimed before adding that FF9 Remake would not be releasing on Nintendo Switch. Even today the member whose reputation is yet to be made provides slight details about the gameplay. Will it also be action oriented like FF7 Remake?
The answer would be no. Final Fantasy 9 Remake should keep a traditional turn-based system if this source is any indication. She also explains that the game would not be a simple remaster, but would not be at the level of the remake of Final Fantasy 7 while being particularly pretty.
