If you have had your dose of information and wish not to see too much, we can only advise you not to watch it, because it shows a lot, the spoilers are really numerous. On the other hand, you can go for the PlayStation Store to download the demo which was put online immediately. Allow space on your SSD, because it weighs no less than 48.64 GB ! Yes, it’s huge.
This trial version simply offers discover the Chapter 1 adventure, with the flashback of Nibelheim, which we were able to play recently as part of our preview, among others. Even better, the backup can be transferred to the commercial version when it launches on February 28! Some bonuses will even be offered for the occasion. Moreover, the demo will be updated in two weeks, on Wednesday February 21, allowing you to discover the region of Junothe backup of which this time will not be transferable, which goes without saying.
Note that you have the choice in the options between two types of optimization with a way Resolution for 4K and a mode Fluidity for 60 fps.
- Players who have save data from the demo will be able to obtain a mogrigri and useful items in the full version of the game.
- Mogrigri: this accessory increases the number of resources extracted by a certain rate.
- Survival Set: This selection of items, containing for example potions and ethers, will help you in your adventure.
- Players who complete the Nibelheim episode will be able to skip this part in the full version.
*Save data must be on the PS5 console.
*The Junon region episode will be available after an update on 02/21/2024. You will have access to it once the Nibelheim chapter is completed.
*The Juno region in this demo has been changed to be more compact. Your progress will therefore not be transferable to the full version.
* Before diving into the full game, make sure you have the latest update. This will allow you to obtain the mogrigri, the survival set and the ability to pass the sections explored by the Nibelheim episode demo.
