Final Fantasy XVI: The next trailer is ready, and the game is almost finished according to Yoshida

We are almost there. Naoki Yoshida had warned us that despite delays in communication, Final Fantasy XVI had now entered its final phase of development. The producer then assured us that the game would give its news during the spring of 2022, and if we are to believe its latest statements during the livestream of the crossover between Denying Reincarnation and Final Fantasy XIVthe title could show up very soon.

The trailer has been ready for a while

During this livestream, Naoki Yoshida has therefore confirmed that the next trailer for Final Fantasy XVI is ready to be shown, and that it could have been broadcast before, but it was postponed due to external conditions. In other words, we can imagine that the title had planned to show itself during a special event, but that it was shifted, causing the delay of the trailer. Maybe a Sony State of Play?

The producer took the opportunity to specify again that the development was coming to an end, and that the team was now spending a long time polishing the game and looking for any bugs to provide the cleanest copy when the game is released.

In other words, Final Fantasy XVI should show up soon, and we bet we’ll hear from Clive in June, maybe during the Summer Game Fest.
