The long-awaited announcement for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is here: we have the release date for Volume 2 of the DLC called The Buried Treasure of Zone Zero.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has been delighting players since its release. First of all, it offers regular content thanks to Teracristal raids, which are mainly intended to enrich the end-game content. Then, it deployed Volume 1 of its DLC, “The Turquoise Mask”, in September. The Buried Treasure of Zone Zero finally had to reveal the release date of its Volume 2, and that’s it, it did it. This is great news for fans who must be over the moon.
The second part of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC is revealed
The lands of Septentria opened to trainers last September. Unfortunately, it was perhaps not in the condition we would have hoped for. Many bugs reminiscent of the beginnings of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet were present, which was not to the community’s liking. However, the technical problems have been resolved, and it is now possible to take full advantage of it. Regardless, those who dabbled with the expansion have probably finished it. Those concerned are surely waiting for the release date of Volume 2, the “Indigo Disc”. We finally have it, and it’s coming soon.
The continuation of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet expansion will arrive on December 14, 2023. The surprise is not really there, since that is exactly what was planned by Nintendo. Unfortunately, there was no new trailer to celebrate this announcement. Ditto for first images. That said, given that the firm has just revealed the date of its arrival, it won’t be long. For now, we will have to make do with the little information we have on Volume 2 of the DLC.
For the record, the content of the “Indigo Disc” promises to be solid and dense. In total, we will visit 4 artificial zones: the fiery Savanna Zone, the lush Coastal Zone, the harsh Canyon Zone and the frigid Polar Zone. New pokemon await us in these places, and we hope to see a glimpse of them in the days to come. Unfortunately, that’s about all we know. To compensate for the wait, it is still possible to tackle the challenges present in the base game.
A rare and powerful opponent to fight now
Above, we told you about Teracristal raids. Most of the time, these are tough fights where you will be helped by other players, or by the AI. Great rewards are often up for grabs, like Rare Candies. We must not miss this meeting, and in fact, there is currently a confrontation worthy of the name which will soon end. This is a duel against the Hisui version of Typhlosion, a Fire and Ghost type pokemon. It is part of the Teracristal raids of rank 7 stars, which means that it gives a hard time. Be careful, it can only be captured once per game, hence its rarity. You have until November 5th to knock it off, good luck.
