If there’s one announcement Hunter x Hunter fans have been waiting for, it’s this one. The cult manga will finally have a sequel and its return is expected very soon.
Hunter x Hunter finally back soon
It’s official, Hunter x Hunter will sign its big comeback next fall. The official Weekly Shōnen Jump Twitter account has revealed that Gon’s next adventure book will be released on November 4 in Japan. After four interminable years of scarcity, fans will finally be able to enjoy volume 37. This good news, however, only concerns the land of the Rising Sun for the moment. It will take several months before it surfaces on the shelves of French bookstores.
For the record, Yoshihiro Togashi had been forced to put Hunter x Hunter on hiatus due to serious health issues. He was unable to sit still for too long due to muscle pain in his back. He finally resumed writing his work last June and wanted to reassure fans by regularly posting his progress on Twitter. With the help of his assistants, he seems more determined than ever to continue the Hunter x Hunter story.
