A total of five reports were filed under the Aliens Police Act and two reports under the Registration Act,” says the executive’s report.Foreign subcontractors in the crosshairsThe finance officials also had a lot to do. In total, 22 companies were checked and 99 workers were checked. “The financial police focused primarily on foreign subcontractors.”Five violations were identified under the Foreigners Employment Act. In addition, no fewer than 30 violations of the Wage and Social Dumping Act were recorded at five foreign subcontractors. In total, the financial police will request fines of around 40,000 euros, the investigators concluded.
