The result for the 2023 financial year shows a very slight loss of €15,423 compared to a profit of €42,748 in 2022. The company does not generate any turnover and shareholders’ equity is negative €815k at the end of the financial year. .
Management will mainly focus on carrying out the capital increase ratified by the combined general meeting of February 2, 2024, subject to the approval of the Financial Markets Authority, constituting as a reminder:
A reconstitution of negative equity to the tune of €815k by a reduction in capital to €50k and by a capital increase of €1m guaranteed to the tune of €750k (75%) by a pool of shareholders, with the conversion of €368k € of associate current accounts.
This capital increase open to all shareholders will be carried out by issuing ABSA (shares with share subscription warrants) with the issue of 2 new shares for 3 DPS at a price of €0.075 per share, each share new benefiting from a BSA, it being expected that the conversion of 2 BSA makes it possible to subscribe to a new ordinary share at a price of €0.15 during a period of 30 months from the subscription of the security.
