What did the court accuse him of? Grossly negligent bodily harm. Because: On January 9th of this year, sheets of ice fell from the roof of his trailer truck on the B96 near Sankt Michael.
They crashed into a woman’s car. The ice smashed the windshield and hit the driver. She suffered serious injuries. “I’m sorry,” the defendant said through his defense attorney. The Hungarian received a diversionary fine of 1,750 euros. The victim has already received 13,000 euros from liability insurance.
