Fire Emblem Engage unveils its latest DLC emblems and announces a new scenario

Fire Emblem Engage was Nintendo’s first big cartridge of 2023 and we knew plenty of DLC would follow to keep it afloat, but we never imagined the latest Nintendo Direct would all of a sudden reveal. Big cure of nostalgia in perspective.

How to stay engaged

Unveiled shortly before its release, the expansion pass of FireEngage will offer 4 waves of DLC, the first being already available since the release of the game. This Nintendo Direct therefore revealed to us everything that was to come, starting with new emblems. If we take stock, we will have this:

  • Volume 2 : Hector, Emblem of the Force (appeared in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade and Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade), Soren, Emblem of Insight (appeared in Fire Emblem; Path of Radiance) and Camilla, Emblem of Revelation (appeared in Fire Emblem Fates).
  • Volume 3 : Chrom and Daraen, Emblem of Bonds (appeared in Fire Emblem Awakening) and Veronica, Emblem of Heroes (appeared in Fire Emblem Heroes).
  • Volume 4 : A new scenario called “Fallen Xenologue”.

Volume 2 is already available since today while the following ones will arrive later in the year. Regarding the new scenario, we can guess from the extracts that new characters from another world will come to help Alear and his group against a new threat. One of them has the ability to transform into a dragon.

Fire emblem Engage is available on Switch. Do not hesitate to consult our test of the game to find out more.
