For an unknown reason, a fire broke out on Monday afternoon in a forest area in Breitenbach am Inn. All the flames were finally out by 7 p.m.
The Breitenbach fire brigade was alerted shortly before 2:30 p.m. A hiker sounded the alarm. Since access to the fire site is only possible via Brandenberg, the Brandenberg fire brigade first went to the remote fire object. Libelle Tirol also put out the fire. As a result, the Florianis from Aschau and Kramsach were also alerted, and together with their colleagues from Breitenbach they fought the fire. The police helicopter Libelle Tirol was also successfully used to fight the fire in the area overgrown with mountain pines.
