It took seven police patrols, three ambulances and an emergency doctor on Saturday evening to tame a wild brawl between two groups and to treat the injured. There was a wild fight at the sports center in Telfs around 9 p.m. Slogans were the final straw. The trigger was probably a local who, according to the police, “several times shouted ‘Heil Hitler’ and ‘Sieg Heil’ with his hand raised.” . There may then have been a violent altercation between two groups of locals. In the end, five people were seriously injured. Three of them ended up in the Innsbruck State Hospital. The police filed a complaint with the Innsbruck public prosecutor’s office.
