It’s not just the appearance that has changed: the new Flavio Briatore.

Ex-Formula 1 manager Flavio Briatore not only looks fresher and slimmer on the outside. He also seems to have changed internally.

Someone has turned the clock again: At 73, ex-Formula 1 manager Flavio Briatore, father of Heidi Klum’s daughter Leni (19), appears slimmer, fitter and more stylish in his recent public appearances than he has in years before.

He has obviously given his belly of wealth, which accompanied him for a long time, “Ciao, ciao!” said. The womanizer, who was once called a “self-made macho” by “Stern”, has lost a lot of body mass and, with his silver beard and modern outfits, appears younger than the date of birth shown on his Italian passport.

Intermittent fasting as the key to a new look

Of course, it hasn’t gone unnoticed by his fans over the past few months that the charismatic entrepreneur has lost around 20 kilos. Die-hard Briatore supporters were even seriously concerned about the 73-year-old’s health. And so the maestro personally explained that he had gotten rid of the kilos through intermittent fasting.

This means: Briatore only eats solid food within an eight-hour window. He fasts for the remaining sixteen hours. It shows that he doesn’t have to go without his beloved spaghetti aglio e olio an Instagram video in which he works as a chef.

Flavio 2.0: Tight jeans, silver beard, victorious smile

The “new Flavio 2.0” appeared for the first time this year in July at the Austrian Grand Prix on the sidelines of the Formula 1 race track in Spielberg on Instagram: crisp brown, with eye-catching sunglasses, in tight jeans and a casual leather jacket. There he was suddenly: the old new Flavio, whose irresistible aura had melted women’s hearts like the most delicate gelato since the late 1980s as team boss of the Benetton and Renault racing teams.

He helped the up-and-coming Michael Schumacher (54) win his first world championship title in 1994 and gave himself a “playboy” image that the society world had not seen since the blessed Gunter Sachs days. Not only top models like Naomi Campbell (53) and Heidi Klum (50) succumbed to the unmistakable charm of Super-Flavio, who was born in Piedmont in 1950. During Princess Diana’s (1961-1997) visit to the 1994 British Grand Prix She also has a lively conversation with Flavio, who was visibly overweight at the time.

Rapprochement with Leni Klum after 14 years

He still has daughter Leni in common with Heidi Klum. It took a long time for them to develop a more intimate relationship. He showed up in August on Instagram casually on the deck of a yacht surrounded by his two children Leni and Nathan Falco (13). There is no longer any trace of the argumentative, sometimes aloof Flavio of earlier years, who initially even denied his paternity after Leni’s birth.

The new Flavio doesn’t just look tidier on the outside. He also seems to have undergone a change internally. But he still knows what he wants: He is currently working as a consultant to create new entertainment formats for Formula 1. The racing series should also be led into a new era and remain a real trademark of the sports world in the future, but at the same time become more approachable. Just like himself.
