A previously unknown perpetrator attacked a shop on Amraser-See-Strasse in Innsbruck on Saturday morning. The man, who wore an FFP2 mask during the robbery and spoke German without an accent, was able to escape with cash on an e-scooter.
Just before 10 a.m., the man stormed into the store, screaming and demanding money from the clerk. “The woman gave him an amount of cash, after which he fled the store,” the police said. The getaway car was parked at the DEZ parking lot shopping center DEZ and from there drove to the crime scene with an e-scooter. “After the robbery, he drove the e-scooter back to the car and from there with the small car in the direction of Grießauweg,” the investigation revealed.
