Fleurop has been an international flower delivery service since 1908: Back then, by telegraph, you can now order online with delivery to 150 countries. The company cooperates with 50,000 partner florists, who enable smooth and delay-free delivery of your orders worldwide. A fifth of the business takes place in Germany. Reason to test what Fleurop can do at home and abroad.

The selection of bouquets, potted plants and flower arrangements at Fleurop reaches into the three-digit range – and is therefore significantly more extensive than at many of its competitors. The supplier’s range also includes fair trade flowers. The company also offers other services in addition to classic gift delivery. For example, a bouquet subscription, with which you will receive a fresh bouquet up to twelve times a year to match the season. This can also be used to give your home a floral decoration that always fits.
In addition to the presentation of current collections, sorting according to numerous occasions contributes to a good overview of numerous products. Fleurop also has colour, variety and price filters that make it easier to find the perfect plant.
In terms of price, most bouquets start at 25 euros, many cost up to 50 euros. But even above this we cannot make out a clear boundary. If you want, you can increase the price of each bouquet as you like: Fleurop will then make it larger accordingly. Fleurop also has some offers for under 20 euros. However, these are usually smaller gifts – such as a single rose.
As is usual in the branch, Fleurop also encourages the purchase of a “charming extra” for the case of sending flowers as a gift. There are five items to choose from: a teddy bear, two vases, sparkling wine and chocolate – good, so the customer isn’t overwhelmed by countless extras.
It is also possible to add a greeting card to the flower gift: a neutral, freely writable card is available for 95 cents, motif cards cost 2.95 euros. Text templates are available for greeting texts.

Standard shipping within Germany always costs 7.95 euros at Fleurop. All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the next working day. In particularly urgent cases, Fleurop can deliver selected products in just 100 minutes. As the only provider in the comparison, delivery on Sunday is also possible. A surcharge of 7.95 euros is due for this. The exception is Mother’s Day: Here Fleurop advertises with additional costs of only 4.95 euros. Orders must then be received by Saturday, 11 a.m. Deliveries are always made by Fleurop employees.
Alternatively, delivery by DHL is also possible, but then the selection of flowers is limited. Shipping can also take up to two business days. Here, too, delivery costs of 7.95 euros apply.
A unique selling point at Fleurop is the international delivery of flowers in a total of 150 countries. Import restrictions and long delivery times make it difficult to ship plants across borders, which is why Fleurop cooperates with florists in 150 countries worldwide.
A delivery fee of 10 euros is always due here. Offer may vary by country. Nevertheless, the international option has been well implemented on the website and is convincing.

Fleurop accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal and instant transfers as a means of payment. SEPA direct debit is also available.
