Fleury Michon: progress in its annual accounts in 2023

(AOF) – In 2023, Fleury Michon’s turnover amounts to 836.2 million euros, an increase of 5.2% compared to 2022. Current operating income amounts to 23 million euros, or 2.7% of turnover, an increase compared to that recorded in 2022 (15 million euros). “This progression can be explained by the operational efforts of the various Fleury Michon teams, both upstream on the control of material prices and downstream on the efficient management of our ranges and our prices,” explains the agri-food group.

The accelerated recovery in air traffic, in the face of which the air catering teams were able to mobilize and win calls for tenders in a rapidly growing market, also contributed to the increase in current operating income.

Net profit amounts to 10.3 million euros in 2023 compared to 2.4 million euros in 2022.

The Board of Directors will propose to the General Meeting of June 18, 2024 the payment of a dividend of 1.30 euros per share.

Free cash flow is positive at 45.5 million euros.

The next financial year 2024 should be marked by a complex situation accentuated by continued high expense items despite more limited inflation. “Due to multiple uncertainties, no quantified forecast can be provided to date,” explains Fleury Michon regarding its financial outlook.
