One month after the winter update, the last part of it is available for Football Manager 2022 players. It allows, in addition to fixing some issues, to update the database, following transfers made in February.
The developers have also added some changes related to the sanctions taken against Russia and Russian clubs, since the latter will no longer be able to participate in European competitions.
Naturally, any database-related changes (transfers, competition rules, or player attributes) will not be reflected in existing games. You will have to start a new career to take advantage of all the changes made to FM 2022, via this 22.4 update, the patch notes of which can be found below.

- Multiple gameplay changes to reflect the current geopolitical situation.
