Fnac Darty: mandate to a PSI for share buybacks – 02/23/2024 at 11:55

(CercleFinance.com) – Fnac Darty announces the implementation of a buyback program for its own shares, a buyback mandate, entrusted to the investment services provider Natixis, covering the balance of the previous mandate, i.e. a maximum amount of 4.5 million euros.

This approach is a continuation of the decision of the board of directors to repurchase own shares in the proportion necessary to compensate for the dilution induced by the acquisition of shares allocated free of charge to employees.
