Even though it wasn’t mentioned by the leaks, FOAMSTARS did make an appearance during the State of Play last night, nothing could be more normal just a few days before its launch and its immediate arrival within the games offered to subscribers of the PlayStation Plus. This beautiful gift of Square Enix And Sony intend to last over time and we learned when its release was announced that it would offer a system of Season Pass like many games on the market. We are now entitled to more details regarding the content planned for the year 2024, with six seasons already planned! And to start, here’s a trailer for the first of them, titled Starry Pop / Starry pop.
This Season 1 will begin at launch on Tuesday, February 6 and last for five weeks, until Friday, March 8. Indeed, the content will be renewed fairly regularly, each time with a selection of playable characters, new cards, events and cosmetic elements, as well as a Season Pass the premium version of which will cost €5.99. Let’s hope for the players that the FOMO will not be too present with such a sustained rhythm… The visuals tell us that there will only be 41 ranks to climb by earningXP via battles, missions and challenges. What is certain is that the game will not take itself seriously, as evidenced by the video and the playable character who will be added during the Season 2, Legend’hair with his disco cut and his wrestler look.

Season 1
- Classified party : climb the ranks of FOAMSTARS by participating in two limited-time seasonal events, the party classified as a lonely star designed for solo players, and the Constellation of Stars party designed for teams. There are seven ranks to achieve: Bronze Star, Silver Star, Gold Star, Platinum Star, Diamond Star, Superstar and Party Legend. Obtaining enough ranking points will allow players to participate in ranking tests.
- Lonely Star Ranked Party Dates – From Friday February 9 to Monday February 26, 2024.
- Star Constellation Ranked Party Dates – From Tuesday February 1, 2024 to Monday March 4, 2024.
- Extreme party : Players will be able to try out two special themed modes: Mel T Partyin which all players will compete as Mel T, as well as the invisible party, in which everyone will be invisible. The first team to cool down the opposing players ten times will win.
- Mel T Party – Saturday February 17, 2024, Sunday February 18, 2024 and Monday February 19, 2024
- invisible party – Saturday February 24, 2024, Sunday February 25, 2024 and Monday February 26, 2024
- Friday evening : a festive event only available on weekends, without victory or defeat, which will allow you to test the FOAMSTAR of the next season, Légend’hair.
- Event times: First half – Friday February 9, 2024 and Saturday February 10, 2024
- Event times: Second half – Friday March 1, 2024 and Saturday March 2, 2024
