Foncière Inea: 7% increase in half-year turnover

Foncire Inea posted revenue of 27.9 million euros for the first six months of the year, up 7.4% compared to the same period of the previous year, including an increase of 8% 14.2 million in the second quarter.

5.3% of growth over the half-year can be explained by new income linked to the operation of new assets, and 1.9% by the favorable trend in rents on a like-for-like basis, with the indexation effect amounting to 1 .2%.

Foncire Inea adds that its second quarter was marked by two new investments in June, namely a recent office building in Toulouse and another off-plan in Montpellier, for a cumulative amount of 70 million euros.
