The specialist in new offices in major regional cities reported a turnover of 13.7 million euros over the first three months of the year, up 6.9% over twelve months.

On the sales side, the activity of the first quarter was marked by the sale deemed ‘opportunistic’ of a building located in the Basso Cambo district, in Toulouse, which was carried out at a price 20% higher than its last value. expertise.

For Degroof Petercam analysts, this operation illustrates the ‘prudent’ valuation of the Inéa portfolio. The Belgian bank therefore reiterates its buy recommendation on the stock, with a target of 51.5 euros.

At 3:30 p.m., the stock was up more than 3.5%.
