Food trends: these delicacies are all the rage right now

Trends come and go and this year there are again some innovations that can influence us in the kitchen – some are inspiring, others take some getting used to. However, they all have one thing in common: sustainability and a certain environmental awareness are increasingly becoming the focus of attention.

Vegan – next level

The interest in vegan nutrition and plant-based alternatives, which has already been evident in recent years, is continuing this year. One of the driving forces behind the plant-based food trend is the increasing demand for plant-based alternatives to animal products. More and more people are choosing to reduce their meat consumption or switch to a plant-based diet entirely.
