The Extra Crisp is a nice addition to the Cookeo. If cooking is not very quick, the Moulinex heated lid convinces with its ease of use. Setup is quick, the settings are simple and the companion application already offers around fifty recipes thanks to the large community that Cookeo brings together. The Extra Crisp, however, remains less efficient than many full-fledged oil-free fryers, and cannot in itself constitute a good reason to invest in one of Moulinex’s electric pressure cookers, if you have not already done so. .
