For Cybertruck, Rivian or Ford F-150 Lightning: Camping module for electric pickups presented

After the official presentation of the Tesla Cybertruck, it felt like it only took a few days for the first companies to present their solutions that would transform the electric pickup into a camper.

Introducing Camp365 cabin

Now the US company Camp365 is presenting the T-model. The camping box should fit on the Cybertruck, but not only. Owners of the Rivian R1T or the Ford F-150 Lightning can also sit up and take notice.

However, the living cabin from Camp365 does not have much in common with the demountable cabins from Tischer, Nordstar and Co. that are well known in this country. In order not to reduce the range of electric cars too much, they are designed entirely for lightweight construction and only weigh between 320 and 360 kilograms. It also makes itself very small on the towing vehicle, which benefits the aerodynamics.

Nevertheless, the cabin should offer enough space for up to five people when unfolded. The interior floor space is then around 5.9 square meters. When you arrive at the parking space, it should take about ten minutes for one person to convert the cabin so that it is ready for occupancy.

According to the manufacturer, the motorhome cabin can be used all year round and offers features such as SpaceX Starlink, electric heating and air conditioning, awning, water tank and bicycle holder.
