The President of the Constitutional Council, Laurent Fabius, proclaimed Emmanuel Macron President of the Republic on Wednesday for having won the absolute majority of the vote, 58.55%, in the second round of the presidential election on Sunday. Our journalist Bruno Jeudy tells in Paris Match the last days of a “funny campaign” and the first moments after his re-election.
