Bowser appears as a new Lego set. After his fortress is already available as a kit, the King of the Koopas will soon be available as a set himself. The figure stands 31 cm tall and has a movable head. The Lego Bowser is certainly not a bargain.
Lego: New Bowser set announced
Lego has with “The Mighty Bowser” introduced a new set consisting of no less than 2,087 pieces. The extensive kit comes to a height of 31 cm with a width of 42 cm and a depth of 28 cm. As well as the Bowser character himself, there’s a platform for the Koopa king and two towers placed to the left and right of the villain.
Especially for Bowser has Lego special items introduced, which can only be obtained from this figure. They can be found on Bowser’s back to better replicate the signature spikes. Underneath the figure’s armor is a button that allows the head and neck to move. Arms and hands are also movable.
According to Lego, Bowser can shoot a fireball, but is silent on the details of the function. What is certain is that Bowser’s two side towers can be knocked over.
The kit can be connect to other Super Mario sets. A suitable POW stone and another function stone are available for this purpose. So Bowser can duel with Mario, Luigi or Peach. Unlike the already available Lego Bowser Fortress, the new set is aimed more at adults.
