MOSCOW, March 17 (Reuters) – Russia does not recognize the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC), all decisions of which are “null and void”, the Kremlin said on Friday in response to the court’s broadcast. international arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin.
