What is this PS5 controller?

The DualSense more or less takes up the design of the classic PlayStation controller, however with several new features and improvements which make this new pad so interesting. The haptic vibrations provide an impressive tactile rendering under the fingers and in the palm of the hand, which offers much more immersion. The adaptive triggers apply a greater or lesser tension depending on the action performed. It’s a shame, however, that not all developers are taking full advantage of these new features.

The DualSense is also geared towards sharing and community. The now essential microphone is of course present to communicate during your games. The controller now includes a button called “Create” to quickly capture photos and videos from your screen for quick editing and sharing.
