Hansjörg Moser travels regularly, often several times a week, by bus from his home in Brixlegg to Alpbach, where he visits his family. The 64-year-old, who has physical and mental disabilities, also got on a postal bus on July 22nd. But: “He had forgotten his annual ticket at home that day,” explains his sister to the “Tiroler Krone”. Then the bus driver became violent. According to Moser, he grabbed him hard by the shoulder and threw him off the bus.
