(CercleFinance.com) – Mitsui & Co Ltd declared to the AMF that on February 6 it had crossed the threshold of 25% of the voting rights of Forsee Power and held 19,064,883 Forsee Power shares representing 26.65% of the capital and 23.97% of the voting rights of this company.
The Japanese group specifies that this threshold crossing results from the loss of double voting rights following the transfer to bearer shares of the French supplier of battery systems for electric mobility.
