Forspoken: a release date, a synopsis and a first visual unveiled for the DLC In Tanta We Trust

whatever you thought of Forspoken, Square-Enix was disappointed with the sales of theAction RPG of Luminous Productions, a studio that will cease to exist as such by merging with the rest of the company’s workforce. It must be said that it was expensive and that the expectations were undoubtedly too high. The technical problems and other pitfalls noted following its launch may not have helped, but patch 1.1 released earlier this month brought a whole bunch of improvements (followed by a 1.11 patch). Although the studio will soon be history, it will deliver some ultimate content in the form of the DLC In Tanta We Trustwhich is finally revealed.

To start, this additional adventure will be available for purchase starting May 26, 2023the owners of the edition Deluxe entitled to it at no additional cost and with three-day early access, starting May 23 SO. A first illustration and a synopsis tell us more about the story that will be told to us, acting as a prequel. So, Frey will travel through time and fight alongside the tanta of love, Cintawith new powers for players to wield.

The additional story Forspoken: In Tanta We Trust is a prequel to the main game and is set 25 years before the events of Forspoken. As she continues her quest to eradicate the Corruption from Athia once and for all, Frey finds himself following an unfamiliar voice. This leads her to a place that mysteriously transports her to the defeat of the Rheddig.the legendary battle that devastated Athia and drove the Tantas to madness. Accompanied by Tanta Cinta and a new set of magic powersFrey must discover the truth and save Athia once again – and in the process, get out of harm’s way.

In the Forspoken: In Tanta We Trust DLC, players will fight the Rheddig forces alongside Tanta Cinta and use Frey’s new magical powers to unlock new combat techniques and create devastating never-before-seen combos. With its magical parkour ability, players will also be able to explore the heights of Athia and experience unique dizzying environments.
