Even if we appreciate the idea of seeing a demo of the game arrive before its release, Forspoken may not have gotten himself a favor here. The proposed demo obviously did not convince everyone and several aspects of the game were pointed out by the public, as well as by the press who were able to try it out longer, as you can see through our preview . If the studio can’t change everything overnight just a month from the release, it nevertheless promises some fixes regarding accessibility.

The team behind the game says they’ve gathered several suggestions on a few things to change, if possible. We are therefore promised better accessibility with bigger and more readable subtitles, which will definitely not be too much. Same thing for the texts of the menus which have been enlarged and which are now more readable, even if we keep this strange effect fisheye which is not to everyone’s taste.
At last, we are promised that the HDR problems should be solvedjust as we are told that the mapping of the keys will be reviewed. We don’t know if this will really change the experience that will be in our hands in a few weeks, but it will already be a few less worries to count.
Forspoken will be released on January 24, 2023 on PC and PlayStation 5.
