Fort Solis will be adapted for film and television


Studios Extraordinaires plans “a brand new encounter” with Mars and its mysteries, suggesting that the audiovisual adaptations will follow a different narrative from the base game. As a reminder, the plot follows engineer Jack Leary (Roger Clark) forced to find refuge in the Fort Solis, abandoned mining facility stained with blood. Our scientist friend quickly understands that he is less alone than he seems. What follows is a few hours of walking without much madness, but blessed by pretty visuals under Unreal Engine 5.

Studios Extraordinaires is actively working on these adaptations and promises to provide new information in the coming months. It has not yet been specified how the relationship between cinema and television will be articulated. In the meantime, Fallen Leaf Studios plans to bring its Martian ride to Xbox Series X|S in 2024.
