A season boosted by Nitro, whose barrels are scattered throughout the island. These allow you to increase the speed of the cars, reduce fuel consumption and of course explode on impact with targets! They are also useful for pedestrians since they allow them to have increased movement speed, immunity to falling damage as well as the ability to sprint longer distances.
We can note the arrival of Nitro Gauntlets, ideal for melee. On the official website, we can read:
Equip the Nitro Gauntlets for melee combat. You have the choice between a sequence of 3 strikes, an uppercut or an aerial blow which allows you to rush in the air. Nitro Gauntlets have four charges, each has an 8 second cooldown. The uppercut and the aerial blow consume one charge each, while the chain of 3 strikes does not consume any. If you perform an aerial strike towards the ground, you cause an impact like a meteorite that hits nearby enemies.
Modifiable since the first season of chapter 5, the island’s cars are also the star of this third season. It is possible to reinforce them with turrets, tires or even special bumpers.
