Fortnite Creative: Update 23.30, details – Fortnite


Fortnite Creative mode players can take advantage of the 23.30 update this January 31, alongside the one that was deployed in the Battle Royale mode. A few additions have been made, such as the appearance of NPCs, the hiding galleries and the celestial jellyfish, which have been available since the start of Fortnite Chapter 4. Also, many issues have been fixed.

CROWD VOLUME

Crowd volume is a device that allows a group of cheering NPCs to appear. These can fill the stands with races, concerts, or any other experience that requires an audience. You can determine crowd density, volume size as well as random positioning of NPCs in space.

HIDING-OUTS GALLERY

Hiding Prop Gallery
The Hideouts gallery contains three different props for players to hide in: a dumpster, a haystack, and a mobile toilet. You can use them to create a new kind of hide-and-seek game that isn’t just prop hunting. Since you can customize which teams and classes can use these hideouts, you can create new game modes using these items.

You can also customize props so that multiple players can hide in a hideout or to determine if a prop has a sound effect or wiggles when occupied. You can also set a time limit before the player is kicked out of hiding or kick a player out of hiding with signals from a device using triggers or events.

GUARD GENERATOR: CONTROL OPTIONS FOR RECRUITED GUARDS

If you activate the option Can be recruited of the guards generator, a new option Can receive orders appears. If set to Yes, it allows you to control recruited guards by giving them different commands. The following commands are displayed in a new HUD element, the command wheel:

  • To lend
  • Hang on
  • Follow
  • Dismiss

All spawned guards whose commands are enabled can be controlled by the player, and players can command up to 3 recruited guards at a time.

CELESTIAL JELLYFISH

Sky Jelly
The celestial jellyfish are now available in the option Kind of the wildlife generator. Celestial Jellyfish are helpful creatures that roam the world and whose sole purpose is to heal any living thing that comes near them. If wild animals or players approach a Celestial Jellyfish, it will float towards them and heal them if they are not maxed out. Players can interact with the Celestial Jellyfish to receive HP faster.

When a player jumps on a Celestial Jellyfish, they bounce back and become immune to fall damage for a short time. Players can shoot Celestial Jellyfish to detonate them, causing a Shockwave (instead of a Healing Wave) that will blast other nearby Celestial Jellyfish.

BUSH BOMB

Use the Bush Bomb on your island to allow players to throw large bushes on the island to hide or stagger opponents.
