Since the patch deployed on Fortnite on April 12, a new, very useful object is available on the battlefield. It’s about Dorsal reactor, which is similar, and you will see, to a jetpack. If you don’t know how to use it or where to find it, we give you some tips.
Where to find the Jetpack in Fortnite?
Know that getting your hands on a Jetpack is quite simplein fact, since we find some in all IO airships. As of this writing, we can find them at Buried Staff, Tilted Towers, Coney Crossroads, Rocky Reels, and Condo Canyon. They are located on the walls and are simply hung (especially next to doors). Just interact with them to collect them.
We very often find several of them in the same airship. If you’re quick, you should have no trouble picking one up.
How do I use the Jetpack?
Regarding the use, everything is relatively easy. The Jetpack works like a jetpack. That is to say, you can hover for a few seconds in the air. However, you have to be careful, since a gauge limits you in time. Once it is empty, you will have to wait for it to recharge to reuse it.
The other good news, making this object something quite interesting, is that we can use our weapons at the same time. The Dorsal Reactor can therefore be an element to have to consider a final victory, since it will give you additional chances to reach an area, or flee a badly started fight.
