WHAT PURCHASES ARE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT TO SUPPORT VICTIMS OF WAR IN UKRAINE?
Profits from all real money purchases made in Fortnite between March 20 and April 3, 2022 will be distributed. This includes V-bucks packs, Fortnite Club packs, Battle Passes received as gifts, and cosmetic packs purchased with real money (such as the Sent from the Void pack). Physical store purchases of in-game cosmetics and V-bucks cards will be included if redeemed in-game during this time.
The use of V-bucks in Fortnite will not be counted, as these are not real money transactions.
All Fortnite earnings are the equivalent of the price of all Fortnite in-game purchases and physical store purchase redemptions made between March 20 and April 3, 2022 worldwide, net of taxes, third-party platform fees, refunds, returns or cancellations.
Microsoft contributes its net earnings for all Fortnite content sales on the Microsoft Store between March 20, 2022 and April 3, 2022, in all countries where Fortnite is sold. Net profit is the equivalent of the price of all purchases minus returns, chargebacks, billing costs, bandwidth costs, transaction costs, and taxes.
