Players of Fortnite’s Battle Royale mode were able to discover a small update this April 5, in the morning. As often, those who prefer the PvE mode, Save the World, are entitled to some new features and modifications. For example, the Corrupted Coast returns, while ROSIE has been improved. Dungeons are also back. You can check out the full patch notes below.
THE CORRUPTED COAST IS MAKING A RETURN WITH A NEW MODIFIER ON APRIL 6 AT 2AM (CEST)
The Corrupted Coast returns accompanied by its pirate llamas overflowing with treasures! But this adventure on the high seas will have a different taste, since it will be seasoned with a brand new modifier in addition to reminiscent of an old one.
BOUNCE CARCASSES
Things promise to be hectic with the arrival of the new modifier of Bouncing Carcasses ! This new modifier increases the HP of Hulks, Juggernaut Hulks, and Mist Monsters. But it also makes them more vulnerable to knockbacks, especially those inflicted by ranged and melee weapons. Send these Hulks back to the storm they came from.
SUPER TREASURE
It’s time to loot like a real pirate! With the modifier great treasure, chests filled with valuable loot will sometimes appear after defeating enemies. Keep in mind that the tougher the enemies, the more likely we are to see a chest appear. Big enemies for big rewards!
With the addition of Bouncing Husks, the Super modifier has been removed from Corrupted Shore.
ROSIE HAS BEEN IMPROVED
There it is, Commanders! The long-awaited ROSIE upgrade has finally arrived at a base near you. Let our talented armourer, Clip, review it and give us a full rundown of all that ROSIE now has to offer.
Hello Commanders. Sorry to keep you waiting so long for this upgrade, but we really wanted to make sure ROSIE was working perfectly for our hardworking Builders. Come on, let’s take a look at all the changes to ROSIE
- Overheating is over : Commanders can now have a blast when shooting ROSIE thanks to a tech advancement that allowed us to fix her overheating issue.
- Now that overheating is no longer an issue, the benefit cold lead allows ROSIE to contain 20% more ammunition.
- It’s better from afar : The decrease in damage inflicted on the furthest enemies has been greatly reduced, which allows ROSIE to gain in combat versatility.
- Faster activations : After using ROSIE, Commanders had to wait a while to use it again. This wait will be reduced thanks to a reduction in the cooldown of 33%.
- A new shield : One of ROSIE’s weaknesses was that it made its operators vulnerable to ranged attacks. A new anti-projectile shield will form around ROSIE when deployed to provide better security.
- Commanders will have the option to sacrifice shield to trigger a powerful knockback. This is especially useful when a horde of melee Husks gets too close to the turret.

- Standard benefit: gift from the depths
- Increases by 44% max melee damage based on percentage of your missing HP.
- Commander Perk: Gift of the Deep +
- Increases by 44% max melee damage based on percentage of your missing HP. Additionally, kills with a Melee Heavy Attack have a 60% chance to spawn a Wraith (targets a nearby enemy and inflicts 62 base energy in a 0.5 tile radius, 1.5s cooldown ).
AGENT OF CHAOS

- Standard Benefit: quick fingers
- When you use a skill, Swift Fingers reloads your equipped weapon (if it can be reloaded).
- Commander Perk: Quick Fingers+
- When using a skill, Quick Fingers + reloads your equipped weapon (if it can be reloaded). When a weapon is reloaded this way, you have a percentage chance to summon a Wraith, depending on how full your magazine is (up to a limit of 80%).
APRIL 6TH AT 2AM (CEST) – PILLAGE AWAITS IN THE THOUSAND PORTS QUEST SERIES
