A relatively uncrowded place compared to others, Sleepy Sound is nevertheless heavily loaded in terms of chests. Count 45 chests working at most, if we combine the two banks of this port city. The city’s flaw comes from its extreme outskirts, although it is offset by a river that allows you to reach the center of the island by boat.
The Sanctuary: very large but very lucrative
With a maximum of 40 openable chests, the Sanctuary is the second most equipped locality of the season. It even contains a Chest of Seven! Only downside: the area is very large, and therefore a little longer to search if your team is not well organized.
Chonkers Circuit: the oasis in the middle of the desert
Located in the desert biome, the Chonkers Circuit is developing no less than 39 openable chests to the maximum. Its main drawback is that it is on the outskirts of the island, and you will often have to chase the area for the rest of the game.
As a reminder, the numbers of chests mentioned in this article correspond to the maximum possible quantity of chests. For several seasons, Epic Games has introduced spawn rates less than 100% for certain safes. You will therefore rarely have access to 35 or 40 chests in a single city visited!
According to various sources, Epic Games have signed a deal with Paramount, which owns the rights to SpongeBob SquarePants and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, among others. This could imply an imminent arrival of these licenses on the famous Battle Royale.
