When can we play again?
The official reveal of the season trailers took place at 9 a.m. this morning. By the time the inaugural live ended, the servers went into maintenance, for all platforms. Based on past seasons, the duration of maintenance can be several hours, but rarely more than four.
Epic Games has not revealed anything about a possible problem, and we can therefore legitimately imagine that the game will return before noon, this Sunday, June 5.
One hell of a patch
Dataminers are currently going through the update files, and this one is very substantial. Take care to activate the download of the patch (available since 9 a.m. this morning), so that you can dive on the new Battle Royale island as soon as the maintenance is completed. If your connection is not of good quality, the download will take some time. Finally, it is possible that the game will not become available again for all platforms at the same time.
